Returns and Refunds
| Many of our products have different return
policies. However, our standard return period is 90 days. Some products have longer refund periods (ie 6 to 12 months) so please check first to see if you're within your return window. We want to make this an easy on you as possible so if you are unsatisfied with our product then package the required DVDs back up and take them to your local mail service. It doesn't matter which service you use but for your safety please use a service that allows tracking or insurance. After we receive your package we will then credit back your account back. If you paid by credit card then the balance will be placed back on your card or if you paid by cheque then we will send you a cheque back in the mail. Your refund amount will be

Exchanges and Faulty Goods
All our DVD products are guaranteed to work for 12 months from the purchase date. If your DVD stops working properly within this time, please send it back and we will quickly replace it - free of charge.
If you are not happy with the results or information included in you purchase, but would prefer to try another DVD lesson, instead of a refund, you are welcome to do so.. As long as you are still within the Refund period for that product.
Please email or call us to arrange the exchange, and then send the original DVD back to the address above. You will be credited your purchase amount (less shipping), and this amount will be applied to the balance of the new product purchase.
